Still too early to leave the plants out at night

Young Plants Safely Brought in at Night

Young Plants Safely Brought in at Night

Despite it being well into spring and the weather is warming up nicely, I'm finding it's still too early to leave the plants outside at night, especially when it has been a nice day.

With the fine sunny days come clear skies at night and that of course means a slight frost in the morning. People parked in the shade still have to scrape their cars off first thing.

When we have rain and cloud, the nights are warmer and there is no frost, so I can get away with leaving the plants outside.

So right now it's a race between the danger of frost, and the vining plants starting to attach themselves to the climbing frames outside where I will no longer be able to detach them and bring them indoors at night.
I suppose I have the option of covering them up, but it's something I was hoping to avoid.
