I'm a Gardener!

Thanks to RickVanMan on YouTube, I have been inspired to start a garden this year! It's a raised bed garden, and so far, it seems to be going well! I planted it on April 26, and most of the seeds have sprouted and are growing very nicely! I have also recently been given about 20 storm windows and a storm door that I will be using to make a greenhouse! I'm so excited!

Hi Patrick,

Good to hear that you're also starting to 'grow your own'. Growing fruit and veg sometimes isn't easy but I firmly believe that the end results outweighs the effort.
There's nothing to beat the taste of home grown produce and it's an even better feeling knowing that what you grow and eat hasn't had to be flown in from halfway across the planet - and growing your own is also good for your pocket book or wallet as us Brits call it.
