Gardening with Vertigo

My violas ready to go outside

The Container-Gardening-For-Food website is excellent. I too have a small garden and it is new in that there was nothing but grass when I moved in.

Two years ago, in May 2008, I started with vertigo, which seems as if it is going to be permanent now. That means I have a balance problem and I have it virtually all the time.

I love gardening and am determined that nothing will stop me living as normal a life as I can. It was very exciting getting a home with a garden. The fence and patios were done for me, and the borders dug. The rest is up to me. I do what I can, little by little, and I have created a gardening blog:

It's like keeping a diary of what I am doing. The Container Gardening For Food website will be very helpful for me. I hope that my blog will encourage others with challenging disabilities.

Best wishes to all,

Vee Jay
